Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the website.

Return Policy:

  1. Returns and exchanges are available only for select products. Detailed eligibility and conditions are mentioned on the respective product pages. Most products have a standard return window of 3 days.
  2. The return policy for any product may change without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the case.

Note for Returns:

  • Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • Products must be returned with original packaging and tags. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns or exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
